  I was curious about this book when I saw it at Chapters.com. I purchased it and instantly loved it. It makes you reach inside yourself and think. It is a great companion book to go along with any of the positive discipline books. After all you can only change yourself, noone else.

Simple and Easy to Understand
  This book is so easy to read. I found myself gaining insights with every page. I would highly recommend this book to anybody who would like to find more satisfaction in life.
